Referrals

*Referrals must be active for 15 days to qualify. This is to account for returns. Any referrals that are within their first 15 days will show as “Pending” in your Dashboard. If someone you refer decides to cancel and return their iTOVi scanner, their referral will not count towards your total referrals. Referral credit can be assigned within the first 30 days of purchase only.

By definition, a referral is someone who purchases after someone else. We cannot assign credit to someone who purchased their iTOVi scanner before you.

Monthly access fee reductions are applied the billing cycle after the qualification period.

Referral payments are processed the 15th of the month that follows the qualification period and sent out on the 20th.

Each referral acquired under the Personal Plan will make a referral credit equal to value of one month’s payment under the current Personal Plan terms available to whomever made the referral. Unless otherwise stipulated, this referral will always be put toward the next month’s service fee for the Personal Plan. These referral credits are non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and expire after 90 days.

“Referral credit owed to an account that does not have updated contact information (either a U.S. mailing address or a PayPal address) will be held for 90 days after the referral purchase. After 90 days, such referral rewards will expire and iTOVi will no longer be responsible for paying it out to the customer.”
