Ingredients:

1 drop Cinnamon

1 drop Peppermint

2 drops Ginger

2 drops Lemon

How to Use this Essential Oil Blend

Step #1: Have a personal food plan.

There are two crucial parts of a personal food plan. 

  1. Having specific plans for your daily meals (what you will eat, how much, and when) 

          and

     2. Resisting the urge to deviate from that plan by either eating outside of it OR skipping (in part or as a whole) your pre-planned meals

Only by making a plan for your eating habits and sticking to it can you be sure to 1) regularly get all the calories and nutrients you need and 2) avoid excess. 

Step #2: Use the blend to support your plan. 

The Healthy Plate Blend is designed to help you keep to your personal food plan. 

Take long, slow, deliberate sniffs of this blend when you are tempted to deviate from your plan (snacking outside of your plan OR skipping the healthy food in your plan).

Diffuse or inhale this blend for 20 min. For maximum effect. 

If you are trying to resist food cravings, take a few slow deliberate breaths of the blend and then find a way to otherwise occupy yourself for the next 20 minutes. By then, your craving may have faded. 

If you are trying to motivate yourself to prepare and eat the healthy food in your personal food plan, let this blend accompany you as you prepare your food.

Pro tips:

  • Set apart specific times to do your cooking, eating, and/or meal prep. 
  • Drink plenty of water throughout the day. 
  • Learn new, healthy recipes and experiment a little with spices to help you enjoy the process and maintain motivation.
