- No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win.
- You must be at least 18 years of age to enter, unless otherwise noted.
- iTOVi will not verify entries for completion. All incomplete entries are void. iTOVi is not responsible for incomplete, lost, late, damaged, or illegible entries.
- Entry procedures for contests are announced independently on social media.
- Many of our contests and giveaways are promoted on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Pinterest. Entrants may need to follow certain companies or individuals to be eligible to win. Accounts blocked by iTOVi are not eligible to participate. Promotions are in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, or Pinterest. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the promotion will be directed to iTOVi.
- Employees of iTOVi and their immediately family members are not eligible to win contests or giveaways.
- No entries will be reviewed after posted contest or giveaway deadlines.
- Prize information will be listed with all contest or giveaway announcements. We reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if original prize becomes available. Prizes will be mailed out via USPS 3-5 days after winner is contacted.
- iTOVi does not represent, guarantee, or warranty any prize.
- All contents and giveaway prizes are awarded via random drawing. Chances of winning depend upon the number of entries.
- By entering and participating in contests or giveaways, participants grant iTOVi, Inc. permission to use entrant’s name and/or likeness for advertising or publicity purposes, as associated with the giveaway, without payment.
- Contest winners will be announced on iTOVi’s Facebook page.
- Winners are responsible for applicable state and federal taxes.
- Any prize not claimed within seven days of the announced winner will be forfeit.
- Contests are open to residents of any country. Prizes awarded to foreign customers may require longer shipping times.
- iTOVi is not responsible for any technical difficulties experienced by entrants including Internet access, and social media platform downtimes
- Only one prizewinner per household every 120 days.
- All iTOVi contests and giveaways are subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Contests are void where prohibited by law. If you are declared a winner, but contests and giveaways are illegal in your jurisdiction, your prize will be forfeit.
