Job Description

Development and implementation of the Brand strategy. Developing the marketing strategy for new and existing products. Overseeing implementation of the Marketing strategy – including campaigns, events, digital marketing, and PR.


  • Development and implementation of the Brand strategy
      • Extrapolate from influencer program, social media, sales team and of course our power users to build the brand off shared insights and knowledge
      • Website flow and user experience
      • Keep all content up-to-date on website
      • Promote campaigns on website
      • Style Guide created and maintained
  • Developing the marketing strategy for new and existing products
      • Understanding what our customers want and need and delivering the marketing strategy that places the product(s) in the mind of the prospects
  • Overseeing implementation of the Marketing strategy – including campaigns, events, digital marketing, and PR
      • Working closely with Sales and Customer Service will be crucial to deliver successful campaigns, events, digital marketing, etc.
      • Oversee all email marketing campaigns and work with content department to create appropriate message
  • Working closely with the Sales team; enabling them to meet their objectives by providing them with appropriate tools, materials, and presentations
      • Come to know our customers inside and out
  • Guiding the day to day activities of the marketing team. Ensuring that the  sales & marketing objectives are implemented by the marketing team.
      • Hold weekly interviews
      • Hold the marketing team accountable
  • Work closely with product management team to define marketing materials and programs.
      • Relay tasks and projects to the production team in a simple organized manner, using applicable resources, such as “ClickUp” and “Slack.”
  • Manage social media presence and direct programs to improve social media reputation and recognition.
      • Develop key relationships, giving iTOVi the best chance to enhance reputation
      • Research and implement the key integrations needed to stand out from other companies from a social media standpoint
  • Developing and delivering marketing and communications strategies for the organisation.
      • Present strategy quarterly at a minimum
  • Undertake continuous analysis of competitive environment and consumer trends.
      • Track and report on all marketing campaigns. Conversions, google analytics, etc.
      • Research and implement applicable softwares for website integrations. Hotjar, etc.
  • SEO – Maximize the volume of inbound organic traffic from search engines to iTOVi website.
    • Understanding of link building, social media, viral marketing, site speed optimization, content strategy, information architecture, and more
    • Constant learning will be required in this role and assistance from third parties, or additional hires may be an option


  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing
  • Professional chartered marketer (CIM) – Not required but recommended
  • Proven track record of success in senior marketing roles
  • Confident, driven, and dynamic leader
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to spot original branding opportunities
  • Creative AND organized
  • Understanding of google analytic
  • Follows through with what he/she says
  • SEO experience
  • Passionate for his/her work
  • Easily adaptable to new projects and assignments
  • Familiar with and know how to use efficiently: Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, and YouTube
