When you are using high grade, pure, certified therapeutic essential oils, you can discover relief for a number of pregnancy-related situations.

Morning Sickness & Nausea

Topically: Dilute and massage Lavender, Sandalwood, and Ginger onto abdomen or apply 1 drop of Cardamom behind ears and back of neck with carrier oil.

Aromatically: Inhale Cardamom, Peppermint or Ginger.

Headache

Topically: Apply Frankincense, Lavender, or Peppermint to temples or back of neck as needed.

Breast Tenderness

Topically: Apply Grapefruit, Lavender and Ylang Ylang to breasts.

Heartburn

Internally: 1-2 drops in a capsule of Ginger, Peppermint and Orange.

  • 4 drops Frankincense
  • 4 drops Geranium
