Each iTOVi ships from our door to yours. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about both domestic and international shipping rates, handling times and policies. If you can’t find an answer to a shipping related question, please contact our customer support team and they will gladly help you out.

Current Shipping Status

Because of the tremendous response at the recent conventions, we are currently backordered. Only standard ground shipping is available at this time until our next shipment arrives. We expect that order within the next 7-10 business days. Orders will be fulfilled in the order they are received.

Domestic Shipping

Each iTOVi scanner ships via UPS. When placing your order on our secure checkout page, you are able to choose between UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air, or UPS Overnight. Please note that we cannot ship to a P.O. Box.

UPS Ground

This is our default shipping method for domestic orders. We charge a flat rate of $12. You will receive an email notification once your order ships that will include a link to track your shipment. Please note that we cannot ship to a P.O. Box when using this method.

UPS 3 Day Select

If you need your scanner to arrive to you within 3 business days, choose this method. We charge a flat rate of $21. You will receive an email notification once your order ships that will include a link to track your shipment. Please note that we cannot ship to a P.O. Box when using this method.

UPS Next Day Air

If you need your scanner to arrive the next business day, choose this method. We charge a flat rate of $49. You will receive an email notification once your order ships that will include a link to track your shipment. Please note that we cannot ship to a P.O. Box when using this method.

International Shipping

All of our scanners that ship internationally will use UPS international services. When placing your order on our secure checkout page you will be presented with international shipping options upon choosing a country other than United States.

USPS International First Class

This is our default shipping method for international orders. We charge a flat rate of $24. Orders placed before 11am, Mountain Time, will leave our fulfillment warehouse that same day. You will receive an email notification once your order ships that will include a link to track your shipment. Delivery times can vary widely from country to country because of each country’s customs policies. Therefore we cannot guarantee when your scanner will arrive when using this method.

UPS International Expedited

If you need your scanner to arrive to you sooner, choose this method. We charge a flat rate of $74. Orders placed before 11am, Mountain Time, will leave our fulfillment warehouse that same day. You will receive an email notification once your order ships that will include a link to track your shipment. Although this is an expedited method, we cannot guarantee delivery times because of potential customs delays.

Shipping Policies

Delivery Times

Delivery times can only be guaranteed on shipments using UPS 3 Day Select or UPS Overnight. Delivery times on all other shipping methods depend on many factors and therefore cannot be guaranteed. If you chose UPS 3 Day Select or UPS Overnight and your package did not arrive within the guaranteed time, please contact us to discuss your options. We will make it right.

Shipping Corrections

We understand that mistakes happen and sometime we get a little anxious to push the submit button before realizing that we’ve made a mistake when entering our shipping address. If you notify us right away we are able to correct shipping address mistakes before the package leaves our warehouse. However, once the package has left our possession, we are not able to make corrections.

If a mistake is made and a package never arrives because of the mistake, we can ship out a replacement scanner at the customer’s expense. Please contact Customer Support for assistance.

Customs Fees

We will follow all laws and regulations to the best of our ability when shipping iTOVi scanners internationally. Some countries may charge a nominal customs fee for your delivery. iTOVi cannot be responsible for those fees and will not reimburse the customer for those fees. It is the responsibility of the customer to check with their local post office to determine if there will be a fee to receive their international package.

Replacement Scanners

If you have spoken with our Customer Support team about technical issues you are experiencing with your iTOVi scanner and a replacement is deemed necessary, we will ship your replacement scanner at no cost to you. If a replacement is needed quicker than our standard method, the customer has the option to upgrade their shipping method and will be charged the difference for the upgrade. Domestic customers will also receive a return shipping label to send back their defective scanner at no cost.
